Best 2 way radio earpieces for Loss Prevention/Undercover Surveillance?

I am looking for a good earpiece for undercover surveillance at a retail store. I’m a guy who wears my hair short so its hard to keep the piece hidden.
I was thinking of using an earpiece for a walkie talkie that looks like it is a bluetooth headset for my phone since it wouldn’t look as fishy as the standard earbud (which is pretty much a dead give-away).
Does anyone know where i could find an earpiece like that? any other earpiece suggestions?

never seen a bluetooth on the ear for two-way radio.
Use the standard earwig and wear a ball cap.
I’ve been activily involved in the 2way radio field for nearly 37 years… it has come a LONG way, but never seen a bluetooth earwart.
