Performing artist Kharyzma formally introduces herself and her youtube channel to the viewers. She will discuss a variety of topics on her channel including her shows, performances, and how she cares for her natural hair. She says, “I have been natural for over 2 1/2 yrs but was wearing weaves and ponytails while transitioning”. This past August I made up my mind to say no to fake hair and no to perms. I LOVE my natural hair and always have as a child. Good hair is HEALTHY hair and we all can have it!

I have only been natural 7 months and I can really see the difference in retaining my length. I have been relaxer free for 14 months and I absolutely love the thickness of my hair. I don’t do too much to it. Lately I have been wearing small twists for 2 weeks at a time ( the last few days I wear a twist out). I use my avocado/mayo deep conditioner, detangle, and do it all over again. I will probably do this until the end of winter. I keep my ends moisturized at all times. To do my twists I use Carol’s Daughter Healthy Hair Butter.

@kharyzma4u i have trimmed one side of my hair so that it becomes shorter than the other sides can it grow back and become equal with the rest again?

I love you and your sistas videos. I’ve been natural before but for only like 3-4 months. did my big chop 1/22/11 and never going back to creamy hair-crack again. I also have my 14 year old going natural but she is transitioning because she doesnt want to do the big chop.
on the twist did you just use the carol daughter butter did you use something else what other products you use in your hair??? plz!

yea i have her hair texture and it looks the same wet and dry. I wish I could make my hair looks the same when it starts to dry like when it’s wet. I’m still experimenting but I love my hair.

i was just wondering rite like when ppl on youtube say they use all natural product on their hair do they know what they talking bout or themeaning of “natural” like not all avocado is natural or honey n other crap they use i mean i love all those stuff let me rephrase my hair love those stuff but is it really natural think about unless u buy the organic ones ?
