No, of course not. There is no way possible to get hair to regrow in a bald area, especially if it is genetic. Some cases of temporary baldness will return on their own, whether you do anything or not. But baldness is almost always permanent, and no kind of snake oil, bird guano, horse pills, or anything else will make the hair grow back.

Face it. That spot has no hair follicles, and you cannot produce any after you are born. Without hair follicles (the root), there can be no hair. It’s that simple. You can transplant some from a hairy area, and that sometimes works. Save your money, and spend it on a holiday. It will do you a whole lot more good! (Some women actually find bald to be sexy; go figure!)
