    @jacienz: Great Advice!

  12. jacienz says:

@akousa0 If you don’t know what you’re doing, you can really damage the hair. I’ve heard of naturals having to cut their hair off because their hair started breaking off, and they had to cut it. Try looking into hennas, they are better – but do your research. ( make sure its BAQ – body art quality) henna. Some of the things sold as real henna isn’t , and that too can cause damage to the hair.

  21. luvglam1 says:

HEY GUYS… When purchasing items such as shea butter, African Black Soap, Coffee etc.. if POSSIBLE can you PLEASE check and see if its under the FAIR TRADE system. Fair Trade is an organized social movement and market-based approach that aims to help producers in developing countries make better trading conditions and promote sustainability. (Wikipedia) You don’t have to but it would be really nice if you do… :D

Question!!!! What do you know about coloring natural hair? I will be natural now for two years in August this year and I really want to color my hair. What would be the pros and cons of coloring?

  23. 7Jedidiah7 says:

It’s amazing to look back at what we use to use and what we use now. We change so much when we start our hair journey.

  24. 1Naijalulu says:

can you send me a list of what you use

  25. msfittful says:

@LeCancionista she uses the Terresentials Hair wash. You can go to the site by googling it. Her usual is the Lavender. She uses this as a shampoo/conditioner. Honestly with this product thats all you will need. It really is an awesome product and USDA certified organic

Hi. My name is Brittany. I am an African-American woman. I have curly hair just like yours. I recently have decided to cut my hair, and i love the style of yours. I was wondering if you could tell me the cut that you got or if there was a way to know what to tell my stylist. Thank you so much! I am a subscriber, and i love your videos, and I think you are beautiful! Thanks again.
    Brittany :)

  27. WhereYaBoss says:

You have perfect eyes! BTW, careful with the anti-wrinkle cream around them. Your skin may be too young for the chemicals in it. If I were you I would just get more sleep and protect my eyes with sunglass with a high UV filter. Those anti-wrinkle creams are made to work on old skin and may make your skin dry and crack creating the opposite effect. When I was 25 I started to use anti-wrinkle cream and my Derm Doc said, “No! Stop it!” and she gave me the advice above. Good luck with those peepers!

  28. mildredbeauty says:

    are you mixed ??

  29. killxyourxtelevision says:

I looked online and they sell “kinky curly come clean” at target.I’m assuming you get your shea moisture products at target as well.and you can also check if it’s at the store in your area.so maybe you could look into that if you haven’t known this already:)

  30. AKidnamedKalie says:

*gasp* I love your videos. I’m also using carols daughter, but it’s a curl definer called hair milk. It worked wonders for me after last year(I straighted my hair for a whole school yr) I have pics of when I wore it curly for the weekend and it looks wavy and over processed. I also have mixed hair just like yours and am now taking extra care of it since I cut it all off in may 2010. I’m currently a student cosmetologist and would love for you to accept a friend invite from me and check out my ch

  31. Amy0h says:

Thank you for all those videos…it’s very helpful , I’m living in France and here it’s very hard to find tips about curly hair + I improve my english watching ur videos ;)

  36. HarryPotterForever98 says:

I love, love, love your hair so much! My hair is wavy, and I love it, but the day after I wash it, it flops into an ugly flat mess (which is…not so pretty). =/ I can never find anything that keeps my hair as wavy as it is on the day I wash it.
You’ve got AMAZING curls. =) So lucky!

  37. atinob43 says:

@XIOMARITAF Deva cut, is that a special cut for curly hair?

  38. cedricrlongreen says:

  42. XIOMARITAF says:

    THANKS!

  43. shortysgs03 says:

@DarlingNikkie27 No but I feel like my hair gets use one conditioner and it stops working as well plus its good to “suprise’ your hair with different ingredients

  44. shortysgs03 says:

@XIOMARITAF Thank you! And I do I will do an oil treatment with Jojoba oil on dry hair then some donditioner on top of that and I leave it in over night.

  45. XIOMARITAF says:

I noticed that on this update of your favorite hair products you did not tell us about a deep conditioner you are using…are you using any? or do you not see the need now that you found your favorite products…I love your hair the curl is almost identical to mine so I am going to follow your advise…LOL

  46. DarlingNikkie27 says:

Sarah, why don’t you use the same conditioner every time you wash your hair? Is it bad for your hair?

  47. shortysgs03 says:

@MsBoriquamamii I havent, Its so expensive…hot oil treatments and stop using sulfates…you’ll see a huge difference in a few weeks I swear

  48. MsBoriquamamii says:

hey girl! I love your curly hair! My hair is just like yours, but still frizzy!!!!! thats my biggest problem…I know you’ve mentioned a number of products, what do you think is the best for my frizz?
And have you ever tried kerastase products??

  49. shortysgs03 says:
