You could try Rogaine. Also have a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Depends on where it is thinning. if its the common side of temple reseading not much you can do. If its the vertex or crown of head, you can try “Propecia” or Minoxidil. You have a 50% chance of either regrowing or stopping any further loss. I don’t know of any sure methods. My brother is almost completely bald, but I have no hair loss, so it’s not completely hereditary like people say.
Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Since iron-deficiency anemia can also cause hair loss,make sure that you eat a well-balanced diet that includes a daily serving or two of iron-rich foods. Check out
