hair growth?

does anyone know nonmedical stuff I can use for hair re-growth. I mean what should I eat, drink and/or not eat/drink that will stimulate hair regrowth. I don’t smoke, drink alcohol but instead of using expensive treatments like Bosley, Medical Hair Restoration, I’d thought I’d ask one of you to help me out!

asian hair grows faster but asians use oil to make their hair grow healthier and make their hair shinier
Regrowth will cost money. Outside of expensive treatments or surgery…there is no “magic” formula.
A healthly diet with lots of fruits and veggies and taking a daily multi vitamin, and a B-complex vitamin will help your hair to grow, but if you are bald and want your hair to grow, there is not much you can do.

lilia is 100% right indian/asians/arabs use oils to grow hair. i did this to and so did my black friend that why her hair is so so long. we used cocunut oil in india. if cocunut oil dont work for u use alma oil or almond oil. u heat the oil up and applt the warm ol to ur scalp and hair u message it for 15 min and sleep with it in overnight .next morning wash ur hair with shikakai u have to make it turn into a paste leave it on ur hair for 15-30 min then wash it off
