I start experiencing it when I was like 15yrs old and now I’m 17. My lifestyle its not that good, and I think its one of the reason. When I was 15 I weigh 80kgs and I decided to have my diet. I’m a computer addict(Online Games) on that time and playing 8-15hrs all day long. I am drinking L-carnitine drinks from then on to lose my weight and i was consuming it 2-3times a day. I was doing my exercise early in the morning for 30mins-1hr and back to computer again. After 4-7 months my weight is drop to 70kg I lose 10kg on my diet and its my standard weight until now. Then, some people notice that my hair is getting thinner and they can see my scalp. To be honest, im very stressed on my games.
I also heard to my teacher that L-carnitine if not consumed properly it will poison your body. He said that L-carnitine is a good burner of fats and once you drink it you must do a proper exercise inorder to release the toxic in your body. After 1yr of using it, i stopped because of some rumors that it has a side effect. And now, when i sweat after i exercise, i have rushes all over my body and it will just gone after a minute.
I just wanna ask if what vitamins, foods or any thing that you might recommend in preventing my hair loss or to make it grow it back. Im currently using nutricap as my daily supplement. I really need advice. If you have knowledged or have experienced on how to put your back growing please help. Please leave your email so that i can contact you if theres anything i would like more to ask..
HELP PLEASE :D :D :D

Find the ’cause’ before you can find the solution, then eliminate them. Your hair will improve. Remember, whatever it was that caused them to fall out in the first place, it took years to get in your system, it will takes years to flush them down, so don’t expect miracles overnight.

So many reasons why you have hair loss:

Supplements, steroids, hereditary, hair dyes perming, straightening, diet, having babies (yes I read once it happened to her), stress, medications with testosterone, certain antidepressants, menopause, anti-acne, and too much of everything. Add to that the 7,000 + toxic found in your home, plus pollution found outdoors. Your hair is crying for help!
When your teeth falls or get cavities, do you blame the toothpaste?

When your hair is crying for help, that’s when it’s too late to do anything about it, and hair products can not reverse the problem.

They also say you normally lose 100-200 hair a day, but I don’t. I lose about 7-8 every time I brush it, so that’s about 100 per week, give or take. About 23-25 if I shampooed my hair.

It may grow very slowly or none at all if you’ve straightened your hair in the past.

You get the strength & all your vitamins & minerals & proteins FREE from the good foods you eat from Mother Nature, not made by man, and no shampoo can help grow hair, not even those made for horses. Horses don’t abuse their hair, using heating tools, and they eat better than people, but it won’t add more hair & make their hair longer faster.Shampoo intended for animals may contain insecticides or other medications for treatment of skin conditions or parasite infestations such as fleas or mange. These must never be used on humans.
Prenatal vitamins don’t make your hair grow. Pregnant women have to start taking care of their bodies when they’re pregnant, meaning stop smoking, drinking, dyeing or perming their hair SO OF COURSE their hair start growing again. But it has nothing to do with their hair, it has something to do to help the development of their unborn child.

“Foods for Healthy Hair” – the website had moved, type it in.
    http://health.yahoo.com/experts/healthie…
Fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains all supply B-complex vitamins, like biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12, as well as vitamin A, copper and zinc, which are all necessary for remedying dry, brittle hair and nourishing a healthy scalp. Some prime examples of foods that contain these nutrients for healthy hair include:
    ·                     Folic Acid – asparagus, beets, broccoli, avocados, Brussels sprouts, beans, chickpeas, soybeans, lentils, oranges, fresh peas, turkey and spinach.
    ·                     Biotin – cauliflower, liver, salmon, carrots, bananas, cereals, yeast, and soy flour. Keep in mind that biotin content is reduced when food is cooked or preserved.
    ·                     Vitamin B12 – foods rich in vitamin B12 include animal protein (such as beef, lamb, and veal), clams and oysters, liver, fish, milk, and egg yolks.
•Vitamin A – butter, egg yolks, fish, fortified milk, organ meats (such as liver), and dark green, orange, red, and yellow fruits and vegetables, which all contain beta-carotene.
•Copper – oysters and other shellfish, whole grains, beans, nuts, potatoes, and organ meats are good sources of copper. Dark leafy greens, dried fruits such as prunes, cocoa, black pepper, and yeast are also sources of copper in the diet.
•Zinc – beef, eggs, liver, pork, poultry, and oysters. Also is also abundant in other high-protein foods, like cheese, legumes and nuts.
If having a lush, beautiful mane of healthy hair is important to you, don’t just look to hot oil treatments and shine emollients. Eat these foods for healthy hair and say “bye-bye” to bad hair days.

    Try Shampatting.

Shampatting is a newly devised scalp messaging technique using a shampoo cocktail of therapeudic nutrients, to energize and wakeup hair follicles, promoting thick and healthy hair. It is extremely effective in cleansing the scalp and removing DHT buildup in males, which is a major cause of thinning hair and male pattern baldness. Originally, it was formulated for personal use and was release over a year ago to treat customers with thinning hair in professional hair style salons with outstanding results. Most customers both male and female, reported a thickening of hair and reduction of hair loss. Dandruff also subsided and customers were pleased with the treatment and recommended it to others.
Many hair care products and shampoos on the market today promise removal of DHT and hair re-growth. Some are good and more effective than other. Most fall short of the mark because they only address one dimension of the problem. Because the problem exists with the health of the scalp, not the hair itself, treating the scalp is paramount to getting satisfactory results. Choosing the proper therapeutic shampoos, effective scalp stimulation, nutrition and supplementation, and lifestyle are the key ingredients and foundation to preventing thinning hair, and growing and maintaining thick hair. Navigating through the maze of information and products on the market today can be confusing and disappointing.

Now a comprehensive guide and treatment plan is available to make sense of this and get effective results for those suffering from thinning hair. Go to http://www.shampatting.com to get started.

    Hi Theo,

Hair loss is a very common problem among people. In most cases abnormal loosing of hair is a sign of health problems. What is abnormal loosing of hair? Do not panic if you loose from 50 to 100 hair per day – this is normal. If you clearly lose more or you see hairless spots on your head – see your doctor.

So 50-100 strands of hair loss is totally normal and in limits, but if you still want to have stronger hair against hair loss, i advice you to check the following web page, where you can find recent best 10 shampoos that help you to recover from your hair loss problem and they are really great. The page ALSO has information about the possible reasons of hair loss.

    http://www.iknowhair.com/hair-loss-shampoo

I advice you to give Nioxin a try. In the web page above you will also find some other information than just shampoos, such as how to prevent hair loss and what are the common reasons of it..

    Hope this can help you.

    Hello,

Well there are many known causes of serious hair loss including genetics, thyroid problems, stress, etc. If I had to venture a guess right now, I’d say that perhaps stress is the main cause here as you yourself have alluded to. However, it’s always best to know for sure what’s going on before suggesting any kind of treatment to reverse your loss. Before spending money on anything, I’d suggest scheduling a free consultation with a Bosley physician at one of our many regional offices (all listed on our website).

Our people are hair loss experts who can diagnose the specific cause of your case & recommend appropriate treatment options. Best of all, the consults are conducted free of charge so at the very least you receive the information you need to move forward in addressing your problem without having to spend a dime for it. Again, I’d try this first just to get an expert opinion and then you can see if you need any sort of medications or perhaps just change in diet, etc.
