hair regrowth tablets and sexual health. is there any side effect?

i am using a tablet for hair regrowth and for stop hair fall. the tablets works by stopping harmones in men or something that i don’t know. i have noticed a marked difference in my amount of ejaculate ( it has decreased ) and my sex drive is also lowered by that tablet ( name is geneses) . but some ppl say that after the treatment of hair if i quit the medicene all will be ok and my sex drive will be restored. is it true . please give me some sensable answers.
