Rogaine for women works. Some women use it on their eyebrows when they stop growing due to overtweezing or overwaxing, and it works.
You don’t make it clear if you’ve suffered hair loss and, if so, what type pattern of hair loss (I’m thinking the question doesn’t sound like you cut it short and want it longer). You probably need to see a dermatologist or a GP (who might then refer you to possibly an endocrinologist). Hair loss can be caused by low hormone levels, genetics, immune disorders, and over processing and other things – so it can’t really be guessed at and true help given to you on this site. If you know your hair loss is caused by over processing or rough treatment of your hair, you should change these habits immediately; a short hair cut will make it look better while the damage is being undone – by allowing new hair to grow in.
