Hey Hun, I have pretty good hair! I don’t color it @ all which of course causes damage. I use heat protection on my hair. Go see my hair its on www.youtube.com/AG78245.

    3. Bosley Medical says:

Thinning is not necessarily the result of permanent hair loss, but rather temporary hair loss. Your first step should be to analyze potential factors that might be affecting your overall health—stress, drastic change in diet, weight loss or gain, etc. All of these factors can easily contribute to someone temporarily losing their hair, but hair loss will cease as soon as the source is alleviated or placed under control.

One of the easiest ways that you can achieve thick hair is through your diet. There are a variety of vitamins and minerals that should be included in your daily diet in order to help reduce the loss of hair. Make sure your diet is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B, silica, calcium, and iron to reduce or prevent hair loss. These minerals and vitamins can be obtained through a balanced diet. Some foods you should add to your diet to increase hair health include: fruits, vegetables, dairy, lean healthy meats, fish, legumes, unsaturated fats, and water. However, when your diet is lacking in proper nutrition, or when you make drastic changes to your current diet, hair loss can result. Try to avoid high amounts of fatty foods and high amounts of Vitamin A in your diet as these have been shown to cause hair loss. As you can see, the foods necessary to achieve healthy hair are the same that are necessary for overall body health, so not only will you be helping your hair, you’ll also be taking care of your body.

There are also hair products you can purchase that are formulated to thicken hair. If you would like more information about the causes of hair loss and the available treatments, you should consult a medical professional like those at Bosley. These physicians are hair loss experts who can diagnose the specific cause of your case & recommend appropriate treatment options free of charge. Good luck!

Hair loss could be associated with dieting, lifestyles or generic. A friend of mine used shampoos, Vitamin C’s ,cream etc.It did not cure the ROOT cause. She had to try one after the other due to allergic reactions. Her confdence is really low and frustrating for her. She tried non drug/ chemical alternatives.
