i have thick and long arm hair….i want it gone or thinned out! but i DO NOT WANT MORE REGROWTH…waxing would be hard, and laser surgery would be hard for me to get too…
i don’t want to shave…
if i did wax, what product would i use?
is there a solution that makes regrowth thinner after each treatment, or whatever?
thanks =]

Use a hair remover cream it will thin it out and not hurt or damage the skin it will not remove it all but will make it fine and short and thin it out a lot
you should try NAIR. it works pretty good, plus you won’t get any stubble like if you shaved. It makes the hair grow back a little slower and finer as well.
There are special lotions that DON’T wax or remove hair, but instead make it finer and thinner. I don’t know any off the top of my head but look for them in pharmacies and any drug-store or walmart. They will be in the asile with all the waxing stuff.
um, just shave it :/
takes two minutes…
man i just shave them its easier and they are really soft and it makes your muscleds look bigger
i wax my arm hair about every 6 weeks. I went to Sally’s and invested in the little wax pot heater and I use Brazillian wax. I also bought the prewax oil. Once my wax is ready (the consistancy of honey) I rub in a few drops of the oil then spread on a 1×8 inch area of wax on my arm and allow it to harden (about 45 seconds) then pull it off. That will give you about 4 to 6 weeks of hair free results. I have noticed that since I started doing this a few years ago, my hair has begun to grow in softer and finer.
If you do not want to wax, then there is laser. I am getting that done on my chin and lip. It cost me $740 for a package of 5. I go every 6 weeks. I noticed about a 20% reduction in hair about 4 weeks after my first session. Your arms will probably cost around $1500 to $2000.
Another option in bleaching it….I do this for my 12 year old daughter who has black, thick hair on her arms (bless her heart). She is too scared to let me wax her. It works good as it totally turns it translucent/blonde. It is good for a few months.
Another option is to use scissors to carefully trim it down to your skin. You need the type of scissors that lay flush against your skin so you do not accidentaly cut yourself.
I say Waxing is the best, but good luck no matter what you choose.
