You so sound like you are from Louisiana! lol
What about the ouchless goody brush?
Very Solid tips I do everything you mentioned except avoid brushing (although I should because I ntice the hair that gets left in the brush) and I am a little past BSL with very thick hair.
@sarahbelle988 It has cones in ti that help detangle dry hair !!!
I am currently SL hoping to get to APL by decemeber. How many times do you wash/cowash in getting to that point. Im new this this journey and have been on it for about 2 months.
I noticed in your hair regimen list that you use a serum. I know a lot of people use those for heat protection but you stay away from heat. So I was wondering why you use it and what it does for the hair? Btw you are such in inspiration! My hair is the same length yours was when you first started. But after following your videos I’m so much more encouraged and determined to grow my hair!
have u ever weaved ur hair as a protective style an how do u feel about relaxed girls and weave?
when you say quit using heat does that include roller setting your hair. I roller set my hair once a week and sometimes twice if i choose to roller set with a co wash.
I followed you after i saw the video of you dancing and shaking your hair. After that i decided to look at some other videos of when your hair was shorter and by surprise i was HOOKED! I subbed and been loving your videos ever since. I really hope to get my hair your length and longer. After some bad breakage i had last week i was about to give up. After looking at your “how to shampoo” vid my hopes rocketed sky high again. Thanks so much you inspire me to keep GROWING!
I absolutely agree, if you want to grow out your hair, stay very far away from all heat appliances.
But even more importantly to begin with – stay clear of all chemical processes. All chemical straightening/perming, colouring/highlighting/bleaching etc. All chemicals processes destroy hair . And they have the potential to permanently damage the roots of your hair.
Trying to grow out hair when you are subjecting it to chemicals that break it down is working against your long hair goals.
@ayuiearules
you can try rollersettig instead of using so much hair. it will minimize damage. Buildable beauty has some great rollersetting tuts
how do i take care of my hair before i go to bed???

Your hair is beautiful!
@JazzyJuJuBee82 Thx Doll :0)
Hair grows from the roots not the ends so therefore trimming your hair does not promote growth.
I do most of this, but not all…. my hair is already a little bit above my belly button like a few inches…….. im growing my hair out as long as possible. I never knew that about the pony tail or the excersizing though this was really helpful
