You can get all the products from the grocery store,
Dont use cheap honey but it dont have to be major high either. The olive oil you can use virgin or the reglar kind. I use it once a day at least 5 times a week. The more you use it the better.

So can i use any kind of honey and do u mean cinnamon powder and extra virgin olive oil. Can i use it everyday or three times a day. Can i use it on my whole head sorry for askin so much
for about a month. There is no asap remedy it takes some time for your
hair to grow back. The more you show it attention the better your hair will
look. Make sure you deep condition it often:)
How long have you been using it, my hair has been thinnin for a year now and im getting a few bald spots
