If I stop using Nioxin Folicure Booster will my hair start to fall out?

Let me take Rogaine as an example. Rogaine is only to “be used if you are experiencing hereditary hair loss” and there are people who have used this product and then after a while, they have stopped its use. Then, these people have claimed to have started seeing balding in the areas on which they applied this product.
Again, as their website states, “continuous use of Rogaine is needed to maintain hair regrowth. If you stop using Rogaine, the normal hair loss process will start again. You will probably lose your newly regrown hair in three to four months.”
I’m aware that after any type of treatment for thinning hiar is stopped, the hair will eventually start thinning again. But my question is; after stopping the use of Nioxin Folicure Booster, will the spots where it was applied go bald just the way it happens with Rogaine?
