Aside from melatonin being a cure for insomnia, its an anti-aging agent, does that also provide a prevention from hair loss?

Hi Jonn. I’ve never heard of Melatonin having anything to do with hair. I do know that B vitamins ( especially Biotin ), are really good for your hair. Taking a B complex is a good idea. It helped make my hair healthier.

Melatonin deals with hormones which are directly related to hair loss. Researches are still going on. However, tests on animals have revealed that Melatonin serves in growing hair. So you can definitely hope for the best.

If you think you have started losing hair and if you want to know whether or not you will grow a bald, you can try a hair loss quiz. I came to know about this at http://mb-free-hair-loss-quiz.mysticboard.com/
