I made up the concoction as a topical application but because the ingredients are natural, I suppose you could try putting them into a cellulose capsule and taking them internally. I’m just not sure what concentration of each ingredient would be needed in order for it to be effective. Try it out if you feel it would be beneficial. It’s all natural so it would hurt you.
