The client was experiencing hereditary hair loss. He was in his 30s and wanted to fix the situation. He wanted a natural-looking results and he wanted the fullness back that he had once had. He thought it was acceptable that the hair was thinning at the back, but wanted more volume at the front. He did not want to take a lot of time off work, but wanted to feel good after the operation so he could work as normal after the procedure.
