Hey everyone. I’ve been experiencing extreme hair loss these past couple of months and I’m getting worried. I can feel my hair getting thinner and thinner and lessening as well. My hair is colored so I’m assuming that has a lot to do with it but I really need help with trying to thicken it. I’ve used Biotin shampoo products from Whole Foods but all it did was dry out my hair.
Does anyone know any successful solutions or products that will help stop the hair loss, thicken my hair or help with regrowth? And if anyone has any advice on home remedies or treatments that could also help, I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

A huge factor in hair loss is diet. Are you eating right? Getting lots of proteins?
Try bulking up on your protein and, it will take a while, but your hair will start coming back. Many people swear by prenatal vitamins as well.
Good luck.
Well depending on sex, age, and what not it might be something that occurs naturally. I hear rosemary is good for hair regrowth. Put a sprig in a cap and wear it all day and over a couple weeks you could see if their are any results. Umm…. Stress could cause hair loss. I’ve known 17 year old men who have begun to bald. Also 19 old women also.
I hope this helped.
I had the same problem. I did the following and now my hair is healthy again
Apply vitamin E mixed with your shampoo on the hair. massage very very gently and leave it for about 5 minutes and wash off. Then apply a good conditioner.
you can buy vitamin E capsules from the pharmacist. use one capsule per day. Do this treatment daily.
Also apply some oil (preferably coconut oil) daily into dry hair and leave it.
Also, (if u have enough time) apply a fair amount of coconut oil into ur hair until it is a bit wet with oil and massage very gently with finger tips for about 15 minutes and leave it for about 1 hour before bathing.
And, i have heard , applying raw red onions on the scalp reduced hair loss..
hope this helps
THYROID? I have a nutritionist who helps with my health problems. She is also a Pharmacist who works at her own Compounding Pharmacy. She says a lot of middle aged women have hidden hypo (low) thyroid function. She put me on a thyroid (over the counter) supplement, called Iodoral. She says it may help MY hairloss & low energy even though my blood tests for TSH, T2 & T3 where borderline. Find yourself a legitimate nutritionist.
I have natural and have very kinky, curly hair as well. I am so familiar with this problem. Before I give you any advice about products and such I have to tell you that it takes a while for the hair to be trained and once your hair is trained then it really doesn’t matter what kind of products you use. In my opinion shampoo and conditioner is not such a big deal. I use Tresemme shampoo and conditioner.I always use a leave in conditioner, as well as a heat protector spray by Tresemme. Also, rinse with tepid water, actually as cool as you can take it, it makes the hair shine. After that I use the leave in conditioner and the heat protector spray. I try to let my hair air dry as much as possible to illuminate the amount of heat. So, then I blow dry! This is when the Super Skinny Serum comes in to play, then I use a light oil, like Hot Six. Its a liquid, this helps to lubricate the hair so that it doesn’t singe while flat ironing. Now, use a small amount of oil but for the first day it will seem a little heavy but not super heavy, you will still have major body. Always remember to wrap your hair at night with a soft/slick material so that it doesn’t pull or split. One last thing, a lot of people spend macho bucks on expensive flat irons but I kid you not, I paid 15 bucks for my flat iron and it is the best one I have ever owned. I wouldn’t make it without my flat iron. It is Andi’s and I purchased from Walmart Actually all of the products I use can be bought from Walmart.I hope this information is helpful. Don’t lose hope and remember once you train your hair it will be almost as if you have a different texture and then it will be more manageable..

Hey try this one. It works for me.

I understand you, and let me tell you this: there are NO products that are 100% effective, but there is a ‘natural technology’ that can halt your hair loss.

I used it on myself, and it works.
After about two years of searching through the web and finding only scam artists selling ebooks with fake solutions, I found the ONLY site that is genuine and works, it teaches you how to exercise in order to increase the blood flow to your scalp and halt your hair loss for ever.
This is not a scam, I would never cheat on somebody who is facing the same issues that I had.
Losing hair is hard enough without being ripped off…
This is the only ebook that is 100% genuine (I know this for experience…), I PROMISE.
The videos are really powerful and speak for themselves.
Here’s the link:

This is the ONLY genuine site about hairloss on the web, I’m not kidding.
Not one bit.
I experienced this for myself.
Bye,
