    No they don’t make you gain weight. Hormones, food, and the actual weight of the baby make you gain weight during pregnancy.

    You really shouldn’t take the prenatal vitamin and teen multivitamin together….that could possibly be too much vitamims. The prenatal vitamin will make your skin healthy too. Please take one or the other but not both together.

    Guys please keep in mind that prenatal vitamins make you very fertile as well. Not too mention higher doses then regular vitamins. please consult with your doctor first.

    I have a video on prenatal vitamins about if they work or not. When you said the two weeks your sister notcied your hair does this mean basicly my hair will grow in two weeks? I have them and ive been taking them for about 5 days now. Do they really work? What would you say your hair type is meaning does it usally grow fast or slow?

    Your hair grows atleast 1/2 inch every month naturally anyways…

  21. BBAlyssaA says:

    You are taking both pills ? That isn’t good, way toooo much iron.

  22. radkaism says:

    inch in 2 months is really not enough when you take these vitamines

  23. artistechick says:

    **Also these prenatal vitamins are recommended for people who are lactose intolerant or vegetarian or anaemic, etc because they do not have a lot of iron in their system.

    Has anyone considered withdrawal symptoms? I’m still looking for that answer, what happens in the long-term?

  24. artistechick says:

    @immandrew

    No..they are prenatal vitamins which contain a lot of iron, calcium and folic acid. I’m mostly concerned about the iron content. I am not a vegetarian, do I have to stop eating meat in order to take them to regulate my iron intake? Too much iron causes nausea, blood noses and in extreme cases death. Hence I am concerned because it’s a vitamin meant for two, not one person. Curiously, would you sacrifice your wellbeing for your hair? I’m asking in general to anyone watching this.
