@TheNaturallyou Wouldn’t you have to be rubbing really hard to cause breakage though? My hair is wet when I apply it to the roots of my locks and it melts unto my hair really easily–no breakage that I can see. Same thing with my loose haired girls. In fact, it’s much easier to get it all over my hair so I don’t have to work the hair as much as I usually do with regular shampoo. I can’t say for sure but I’d guess it may even be gentler on the hair than regular shampoo. Thanks for sharing!
@TheNaturallyou which I don’t doubt but the its still a bar of soap. Just for me and in my own opinion rubbing a bar through my hair no matter how good the bar is seems that the action isn’t good. again its just my opinion and in no way reflects any company or their products
@CherishMyDaughter This is just my opinion but the concept of rubbing a bar of soap against my hair seems that it would promote tangles and breakage, I am not speaking from experience with using shampoo bars, but as a kid using soap bars. Now I know you will say this is totally different from using regular soap, but this is why I don’t use them. There is only one way to make soap to use a fats and water, now most will boast other ingredients to add more moisture and so all these great things-
@TheNaturallyou Why not? It is so much easier than getting the shampoo all over your head and these bars make my locks look and feel so good.
@CherishMyDaughter I didnt purchase any just saw them on a website for the first time today and read a little about them, I can’t get down with the shampoo bar, nothing against them I just don’t like the concept …call me crazy:)
