Revolution Flea protection caused cat hair loss?

I used Revolution’s topical flea prevention stuff on my cat the other day. Today I noticed that he has a patch of fur missing on his neck near the place where I applied it. Has anyone else had this experience?
no other side effects…he may be allergic ???
I have not had this experience, but I did have a cat that was allergic to fleas and would have patchy hair loss with even just one bite. I would call your vet and see what they say, it may not be serious and a phone call would stop you from worrying.
My cats always loose some hair when I put advantage on them, but not a whole patch. It might be allergic to revolution. I would call the vet and ask him if this is normal. I don’t think you have to worry too much and the hair will probably grow back. Does the cat have any other side effects?
