GET A TRIM! 2. healthy diet 3.get plenty of rest 4.exercise 5.Massage Scalp, Flip Head Over 6.Don’t Smoke, No caffeine, no Soda 7. Lots of WATER 8.Vitamin B,C,E, Beta Carotene, Magnesium 9.No Heat Styling! Sun is also Damage btw! 10. Hot Oil Treatments, Deep Conditioner, Clarifying Shampoo ftc: no one is paying me to film this video. any products mentioned were purchased by me. it is 100% my honest opinion
ppl need to do some homework…vitamin supplements aren’t all that good for you, it actually gave me acne b/c of the b6 & b12! we’re supposed to get vitamins from our diet, not pills.
@LindseyMorgan94 I never said “ANY vitamin isn’t good for you”. I said, “vitamin supplements are not good for you” which is taking vitamins by pills, anything natural is better (:
Good video, but you probably shouldn’t inform viewers that ANY vitamin isnt good for you. to get healthy hair, you need a healthy body. adding vitamins to your body are MORE than good for you

u can use dandruff shampoo. idk whats in some types of dandruff shampoo but some of them actually make ur haor grow faster. even if u dont have dandruff ur hair can grow like two inches in a month

Everyone’s hair is different, i don’t need trims really when i grow my hair, i don’t get split ends.. like i’ve never had a split end.
