@Afrothentik I mean’t I don’t use that particular brand anymore. I use pretty much any shampoo that happens to be in my shower at the time. Lol. As of now, it is Pantene pro-v beautiful lengths shampoo. I focus more on the conditioners for retaining hair length and moisture. Hope this helps!

Today was my first day seeing your videos and i love them….I look to videos on here for advice because I’m not exactly sure how to begin going natural. My hair is fine & curls when no perm is in but everyone tells me in order to go natural I have to cut all my processed hair off first. I just want something that will have my hair looking great by graduation next May. Any extra tips? Pills? Regimes? Anything would be much appreciated!!

@jarredboo08 thank you! When I first started growing my hair out, I took hair skin and nails for about 6 months. I believe it helped somewhat, but I was tired of the hair on my legs growing faster so I stopped lol. My hair grew at the same rate with and without the pills. It did do a good job at preventing breakage and keeping it thick. My friend took the Biotin pills and she said all it did was make her already thick hair too thick lol so she stopped taking them.

@mssweetnbubbly once a week. More often if I change my hairstyle and need to decrease the amt of product build up.
I also use Palmer’s Hair Milk it works pretty well along with VO5 mosturizing conditioner either the champane kiss kind or the strengthening conditoner (it says it on the bottle) it is watery but good in the shower.

Girl you had me hooked on the jojoba oil several vids back. And that stuff is like holy water when my hair is dry as hell!! And I’ve been using the V05 tea therapies for my curls instead of the custard, much cheaper
