In a pivotal City Council election that pitted an anti-growth, anti-downtown extremist against a moderate, effective incumbent, the DTO was victorious as Pat Kernighan trounced Aimee Allison by over 800 votes; almost ten points!
I spent all day delivering voters to Pat, and that’s why my hair is matted. I have no idea why some woman wanted to see what was going on – had she never seen someone take a cellphone pic of themselves before?
