@simplyblessed05 … Right now I only take 1 supplement called Maxi-Hair … Its a hair and nail vitamin and it has 2,000mcg

    2. simplyblessed05 says:

so how much biotin do u take?!? what is the mcg of the biotin pill u take and how many times a day do u take it?

    3. KISSseventyseven says:

@yobiwolrd07 …. Research it … Use google and MSM for hair growth and you will get tons of results… Research ingredients in Hair and skin supplements and they all carry MSM

    4. yobiwolrd07 says:

I want to take MSM but the bottle says nothing about hair growth??

@Deliciouschoc …I split them up the dosage took them 2x a day and some I took every other day… Recently I have only been taking one supplement called Maxi- Hair and I split that dosage up into 2 also… Once in the morning and the other at night

    7. Deliciouschoc says:

I’ve periodically purchased a lot of those pills often, I want to know within your routine do you take one bottle of each every other day instead of taking all of them all together?

    8. KISSseventyseven says:

@shinky38 … Awww thank you… If you ever want to know what I’m using check out my regimen on my page on KISS k-i-s-s(dot)biz

Hi Traycee, your videos are so helpful, you have inspired me, to start my first hair journey. My hair has always been relaxed I have used Namaste relaxers by Or. For the last 5 years, I only relax evry 5 to 6 months, I would see hair growth, but then experience sheding about 6 weeks post. can you tell me what relaxer do you use. I have also kicked my blow dryer to the kirb, and I am taking the supplements. Thank you s much, your such a inspiration. Please keep making your videios, thank you!

@BananaaMoon ….Thanks but remember … Most of them are suggested by my DR… I’m probably older than you sweetie and I’m anemic and have knee issues .. Thats why I started off saying that I have always taken supplements for health reason….

    11. BananaaMoon says:

      Nice video!!
But you take a lot, imo. I thought I was taking too many pills. I take Hair/Skin/Nails-supplements (one pill) and Salmon Oil. But my diet is very healthy, so I don’t really need any more supplements I guess.

@KISSseventyseven Thanks for checking out GBG, whenever your ready I’ll be only to happy to get you some samples..

@tbenjami2010 …Hey… To be honest I couldn’t say… Just becareful all supplements are not safe during pregnancy.. Just check with your OB before taking a new vitamin

    14. tbenjami2010 says:

      Hey traycee! Ive been taking prenatal pills that have: vit A , C (200%), D, E, B1, B2, B6, Folic acid, B12, Calcium, Iron (156%).
      I also take biotin 1000mcg (333%).
I was afraid of adding biotin to my diet but after researching they say it is fine just not too much. Is the MSM and gelatin ok for pregnant women? Or should I just be fine with what Im taking?

    15. KISSseventyseven says:

@Skye525 ….They make vegetarian gelatin supplements

    16. Skye525 says:

Traycee, is gelatin part of your regimen now? I read about gelatin and found that it is derived from the collagen inside animals’ skin and bones. I am asking because you mentioned that you’re a vegetarian.

    17. KISSseventyseven says:

@WhyGBG4u ….Thanks for the info… I just googled it… I’m going to research it out … It looks great so far.. I will contact them and get samples but thank you so much for offering them… Have a blessed weekend !!!

I was watching your video, and I was reminded of all the different vitamins and a supplement I was trying to help with the pain in my knees. I’m an avid tennis player and the years of wear had taken it’s, and I had considered giving up the game. Not to sound like an infomercial, I start using GBG10 in One Vitamin and just to say I’m on it for life, and I cut up my GNC card. I have free samples if you like to try them.I’m certain that the GBG will make a difference in your life.mygbg4u@yahoo.com

    19. KISSseventyseven says:

@0216boss …. No I haven’t been convinced that it is safe…I will probably never try it

    20. 0216boss says:

HAve u ever tried the MN (Monistat 7)? I see videos on people using it but I am scared.

    21. shony0730 says:

@BEAUTIFULHAIR3 I noticed you take MSM, try the Triflex from GNC it uses MSM and Chrondrotin which helps with rebuild the cartilage in your knees and other parts of your body. In reference to the gelatin being derived from pork, some are and some aren’t you have to check what you are using. There is a company call Procap laboratories who makes all natural supplements and combines many of the vtamins that you are using. They carry a very good hair and nail vitamin.

    22. katalina125 says:

question: have you ever stopped taking your supplents to see what happens? I ask this question because i also take supplements pretty much similar to what your taking but I split the dosage throughout the day, and remenbering all the pills when I am suppose to take them is a lot . Somebody else also told me that I am taking way too many pills, so I was wondering if you’ve ever stopped taking any of your supplements and had had any negative effects?
      thanks for the info.
      God bless you.

    23. bzgal17 says:

@BellaPersonified sorry lol i know you didnt ask me but whoever told you that you need biotin and msm together is dumb, msm has many purposes and so does biotin. its going to affect your body however it wants too, it will be distorted throughout your body wherever its needed. people probably say that because they are both needed for the hair.some advice about breaking out from biotin just lower the dosage…A LOT, your body is only going to take what it needs anyway :) 30mcg of biotin is nothing

    24. 4chango says:

@133anne: Yes that is too much, the high biotin dosage will create an excessive release of your other B vitamins; resulting in a deficiency.

    25. darkangelO1 says:

      Hey Traycee,
Have you ever experienced break outs from biotin or msm? Also, any tips on how to prevent breakouts while on them. Drinking lots of water and a balanced diet are the two most obvious, but, anymore?
Thanks so much in advance for your response.
