@NaturallyKristen86 after i relax my hair i plan on washing it once a week. that happens to me too wen i get to hot.
@ameeraj09 I have a problem with a flaky scalp as well! And for some reason if I get too hot my head will get mad itchy but oils have never worked for me (maybe only temporarily), it was washing my hair once a week that helped and working on my scalp with the pad of my fingers. But remember if you have a flaky scalp it does notchange over night it but keep at it girl!!
i have been taking hairfinity for about 2weeks and my scalp is very itchy!! im getting a perm tomorrow and then i can see if the pills are working. my hair has gotten thicker. i have my real hair braided to the back and i oil my scalp every day because my scalp is very very dry. i dont know if its because of the pills. sometimes i oil my hair 2 or 3 times a day because it gets so dry.
biotin really does work, i only had my hair braided for bout a week or so and my hair look like a fro. imma see where im at by march.

@blissfullyme1980 dollar stores that sells vitamins is just like bootleggers who sell dvd. same movie. major difference in quality.
How do you feel about dollar tree vitamins? I notice that no one buys vitamins at Dollar tree but I noticed that some of the vitamins at dollar tree has the same ingrediants as the vitamins at a health food store or Cvs. I just would like an opinion on dollar tree vitamins because I want to buy vitamins at the health food store (which will be majority because Dollar Tree does not carry many vitamins)but for some I would rather go to Dollar tree.

I started getting breakouts with Biotin…I did some research and learned to decrease the dosage, take it with lots of water, and add B-complex with it.
Buy the powder and mix it with essential oils
I brought my msm today. I use it with lavender oil, rosemary, peppermint, jamaican castor,emu,jojoba, tea tree and almond oil.
I got my msm pills from a health food store…… I checked that local drug store they had it but the price was crazy!! so any lil health food shop you kno the ones that sell the powders or body builders or herbal pills those kinds of stores will have MSM and at the best price

sounds like you are on your way! good tip: saturate ends with oil (i like olive oil) everynight to protect. Just dip the end into a bowl filled with oil. Check ends often so you can catch splits. This will retain length. best of luck.

I have severe mirgines as well and my doctor told me that msm vitamins could help and it did..
lol the same has happened to me too with my eye.
