I have dark hairs on my arms and i want to make them thinner or lighter without shaving or waxing them. What should I use?

I am Italian, so we are very hairy, and don’t let anyone fool you. We are. I shave my arms, stomach and my lower back. Its nothing to be ashamed of. You’re just doing what you gotta do lol. We have to live up to this expectation MTV and men put on for us.
