this is a very useful clip. I used to be a heavy meat-eater but when I turned vegetarian, I started having health problems & very severe hair loss. My hair got finer & the density dropped drastically. So I’m back to an all-round normal diet now & it took me 2 years to get that bad hair condition reversed.
