What hair color would suit me?

I have a stupid picture of me, i just took it on webcam coz i dont have any photos on this computer, i couldnt do a serious face haha http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s37/madeline200392/yeh.jpg Well as you can tell i have black hair, i dont know my ethnicity (im assuming asian/pacific islander), tanned skin, i want to die my hair a light brown ( i was thinking this but without those blonde highlights http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a72/shishirendan/gorgeoushyolee.jpg)
ALSO! how would i go about this? (of course im going to a salon, but anyone know what i can expect, preferbly hairdressers answer this) Would i have to bleach my whole head? Or do you think a full head of foils would do it? How dry will my hair be? Would it look completely fried and gross? IF so, how long would i have to use treatment for to get it back to healthy and good looking? How would i fix my regrowth also?

I can’t see the 2nd picture. But you should stay your hair color and maybe do light brown hhighlights.
I dont think they’re gonna bleach ur hair if u want it to be brown-ish.
My hair was just like urs, but like, dry on the tips and when i dyed it brownish with pink highlights, it doesnt really make any difference.
But i use those after wash hair serum, makes ur tips smoother.

the second picture link isn’t working.. it says the picture was deleted. I think you could pull off a funky look.. if i were you i would keep the black hair and keep ur eyebrows dark and then get some chunky platinum highlights and also some violet highlights…black, white, purple? yes yes we likey. it would look awesome. get ur hair angled too and some light layers. hottness. love it. oh btw my best friend is a cosmetologist and Im going to school for hair this fall but I am trained in make up and skin care so it all falls under the same aspect of looking good. Your hairdresser will prob want to bleach and then put the purple in if you do that but i would just do the purple over ur black hair cuz it will wash out of the bleached parts and look too light maybe even gray. anyway thats what i think you should do..
I would leave it dark…in fact i would dye it black!
