What shampoo causes the LEAST amount of hair loss?

I have heard that sulfates tend to be harsh on the scalp and cause hair loss. So does that mean using an organic shampoo will help hair loss? Which shampoos don’t cause as much hair loss as normal shampoos do? Suggestions?
