hair loss is genetic, not dietary – unless you are severely mineral/vitamin deficient. Take a multi-vitamin once a day just in case, but for most people, this won’t make a difference to their receding hair line.
Your best bet is to keep your hair cut short -fortunately, a buzz cut is still very fashionable, and is a great look for those with less hair than they would like.
As I understand it hair loss is more to do with genetic influences than diet….although that said a very poor diet could have a connection.
vitamin A, calcium, and proteins. check out for dandruff.if so clean it with lemon.
