Why does the side effect hair loss from a medication occur on your head and not anywhere else on your body?

I take some seizure medications and I’ve notice hair loss on my head but not on the rest of my body (like the legs), If it had a side effect of hair loss why does it occur only on the head and not on the rest of the body.

    I think your medication interfers with the normal functioning of you vestiblococchlear nerve which innervates the hair cells in the head. Its might also interrupts your facial nerve which is responsible for motor systems of the face up to the head.
