Why is my hamster sleeping alot and why does it have hair loss?

My hamster has been sleeping alot and has hair loss on her behind. Is this normal? I have heard that it might be beacause of age. She is about 1 1/2. How long do you think she has?
it depends. how old is it? it could just be old age. don’t worry though. my friend had a hamster, it died a day before she had it a year, but, i had a hamster that lasted 3 years. it can also depend on the breed.

she could be sick. i would have her checked at the doctors. she could be dieing. or really really sick.
Yes considering her age, this is very normal. The hamster will also be less active, sleep more and be quieter. The hair loss is very normal for a 1.5 year old hamster.
its dying. u should put it out of its misery and just kill it now………….jk:)
