@hrithikzgirl83 : Cod liver oil, egg yolks, salmon, etc. Also spending time in the sun, i.e.just 15 to 20 minutes of sun exposure daily, the body creates 10,000 to 15,000 IUs of vitamin D3. Of course this will depend upon where you live. Where I live, sun exposure during fall and winter is ineffective.

I became vegan (not raw) 6 months ago and I’ve began losing hair about 2 months ago. It’s not that it’s all falling out everywhere it’s just that the regular fall out amount is a quite a bit more than usual. It’s starting to taper off to being regular again but it’s still really unsettling.

Conditioner make my hair fall out, majorly…. any reasons why? I use faith in nature shampoo and conditioner, n so its natural… its very odd….

Hair loss is a symptom of anorexia. We see a lot of people that come to raw and eat hardly any fruit and experience hair loss.

I agree with you on every issue here except about the brown in this breads. I have heard about advanced glycation end products. It is not healthy.

Just noticed my hair falling out a couple weeks ago ..started to scare me cause when I would shower I would feel my hair falling out. I do also have thick fine hair to and herd it could be from that. Could be I am not getting enough meat cause I been eating more noodle foods. and have been starting to snack on veggies and drinking more green tea lately. I will take your tips into consideration and see what happens. Thanks :)

Love this video! You don’t try to sell people your lifestyle but encourage them to listen to their bodies. Thank you, I really appreciate that.

Natasha, could you do a show on travel and being on a raw diet? I can imagine that when you moved you had to take a long plane trip; did you make a special request from your airline? Often it’s difficult to take raw food to another country, obviously. What about warnings about eating only fruits/veggies that are cooked (besides those that must be peeled)? Thanks! I’m traveling soon and I really need to know!

  16. BRONXPEPE says:

hair loss happens to me in the way it falls from the bottom when i brush or play with it but if it would fall from the scalp i would be worried, i know its normal for these things to happen so it never scared me cuz I know of other girls who deals with this but its good to know other resources, thanks for ur advice.

Thank you for addressing this issue! It has been happening to me and I thought it was a B12 deficiency issue, but now I realize it may be absorption in general.

  21. AndreaJuliet says:

    @amirprog Thank you!

  22. tattooyu says:

@auttie8903 Do you use sunscreen a lot? That will block a lot of the vitamin D (which isn’t really a vitamin) from being absorbed.

  23. Childscorporation says:

    shes so gorgeous!!!

  24. auttie8903 says:

I recently went to my annual check up and found that I had an extreme vitamin D deficiency! My doctor said that recent research has shown that havin a lack of D is the number one cause of cancer. Scary! I ran to the first health food store i could find and bought a bottle. The crazy thing is that I live in southern california and i’m in the sun alot. I think that processed foods are contributing to the D deficiency in most peoples diets.

  25. syyenergy7 says:

and don’t forget Coconut oil. Lack of the good oils is what messes up the e.d. women. All kinds of hair and skin problems with them–self-inflicted. I like your vids. You have some new things I never heard of. Saw palmetto is another thing super for hair also. Women included.
